Most tools pour your text into their own template. When you upload your resume (PDF or Word), we keep your original design. Your fonts, spacing and layout stay put, and we only retune the wording for the job, flagging every line we changed. The file you download looks like your resume, not ours.

We score your resume against the listing on four axes: skills, experience depth, requirement coverage, and seniority. Those are averaged into a score out of 100, alongside the keywords you're missing. It's tuned to be honest rather than flattering, so it's actually useful for deciding what's worth applying to.

Either works for every tool. Uploading is the only way to unlock the format-preserving ATS resume, since a pasted resume has no layout to keep. You can save one default resume in Settings so every new job starts pre-filled.

Paste the free-text questions from an application (“Why this company?”, “Describe a time…”) and we draft an honest, first-person answer to each, grounded in your real experience when a resume is present.

No, and that's deliberate. Instead of guessing names (which risks getting them wrong), it finds the real overlaps you have with the company from your resume, tells you who actually influences the hire, gives exact searches to find them, and drafts a message per person-type.

Your jobs and resume are tied to your account and aren't visible to other users. Each request is checked server-side against your session.
