Fit score
We score each job against your resume on four axes: skills, experience depth, requirement coverage, and seniority. That gives you a score out of 100 and a plain verdict to go with it: Strong fit, Worth a look, Stretch, or Probably skip. No decoding a number, no wondering what 62 was supposed to mean.
It also lists what the job asks for that your resume doesn't show, which is the part that saves real time. Tick anything you have really done but never wrote down, and from then on it counts toward your score and can go into your tailored resume. Leave the rest unticked: we check every tailored resume made from an uploaded file and put back any line that names a tool, standard or certification your resume doesn't show.
Scored against the people who will really apply for that role, not the listing's wish list. A job in the wrong field still reads as the wrong field.

It doesn't work, not for the person applying, and not for the recruiters drowning in look-alike resumes. So we built the opposite. A tool that tailors your resume to each role but keeps your formatting and your voice, shows you exactly what it changed, and gives you an honest score instead of a flattering one, so you can apply to fewer jobs and actually hear back.

It is stored against your account and is not visible to other users. To tailor it, the resume text and the job listing go to OpenRouter, the service that passes our requests to the AI models, and nowhere else. We keep the text and the measurements of your formatting, never the original file you uploaded. Separately, we count anonymous visits to this site with Vercel's built-in analytics, which sets no cookies and never sees your resume. The privacy page names every service that touches it.
Either works. Pasting is fine for the fit score, the cover letter and everything else. Uploading is what unlocks the tailored resume in your own formatting, because a pasted resume carries no layout to keep.
